About the role
At Perkbox Vivup, our Ecommerce function focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving conversions, and maximising every interaction on our platform. As Senior Ecommerce Executive, you'll play a key role in optimising our portal and apps, boosting engagement, conversion, and margins through data-driven testing and analysis. You'll identify trading challenges, implement innovative solutions, and continuously enhance the user experience for both new and returning customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecommerce:
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Team Leader to deliver strategies that improve website performance.
- Monitor and report on key Ecommerce KPIs, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Drive UX/UI testing and enhance customer journeys using relevant tools.
- Optimise user interface elements, including categorisation, ranking, upselling/cross-selling, and product launches.
- Partner with the Trading and Revenue teams to support supplier reporting, onboarding, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the B2C CRM team to implement new technologies, campaigns, and incentives for impactful communications.
- Ensure communication plans align with trading goals, addressing gaps in future product delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to support Ecommerce and Trading strategies.
Analysis:
- Collaborate with the data team to provide insights into product trends, performance, and customer behaviour.
- Develop and implement advanced reporting, sharing key insights with stakeholders.
- Track and report on KPIs related to ecommerce developments and customer journey improvements.
Merchandising:
- Maintain deep knowledge of Vivup’s product range and audience interaction trends.
- Analyse data daily to maximise online sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years in an online retail environment.
- Proven experience supporting trading strategies.
- Ambitious with a drive to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation.
- Motivates others and collaborates effectively in remote and hybrid settings.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
- Proficient IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Exceptional planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Positive team player with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and open to new challenges, with a flair for innovation and initiative.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 would be desirable
The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 4 main stages:
- Application
- Short call with a member of the TA team
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
