You’re eager to work with cutting-edge systems like Sage Intacct and transition to NetSuite, streamlining processes while making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

To be successful, you'll have:

• A proven background in invoice processing and supplier ledger management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Sage Intacct or other cloud-based financial software (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus points if you bring:

• An AAT qualification (or are working towards it).
• Certification in cloud-based financial software.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

• Application
• Short call with a member of the TA team
• 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
• Final Interview with two members of the team
