You’re a finance professional who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships by ensuring invoices are processed on time, payments meet credit terms, and ledgers stay meticulously balanced. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you take the initiative to resolve discrepancies and chase down missing invoices before issues arise.
Beyond the numbers, you understand how every transaction supports the company’s mission to become the UK’s leading health and wellbeing employee benefits provider. You’re eager to work with cutting-edge systems like Sage Intacct and transition to NetSuite, streamlining processes while making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A proven background in invoice processing and supplier ledger management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Sage Intacct or other cloud-based financial software (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bonus points if you bring:
- An AAT qualification (or are working towards it).
- Certification in cloud-based financial software.

As a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our supplier accounts accurate and up-to-date, while supporting the finance team’s commitment to delivering a world-class service. You’ll help drive the company’s growth as we work towards becoming the UK’s top provider of health and wellbeing employee benefits.

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 4 main stages:
- Application
- Short call with a member of the TA team
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview with two members of the team
