About the role
As an Account Executive in the Mid-Market/Enterprise team at Perkbox, your role will be solely focused on net new business acquisition. Working with a combination of Inbound and Outbound leads, coupled with your own tailored self-generation opportunity creation, you’ll be connecting with potential customers to explore and demonstrate how our solutions can address and solve their specific business pain points. Using robust sales techniques and methodologies, you’ll be effectively qualifying, creating and successfully closing well defined sales opportunities with our solutions and technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with mid-sized organisations (predominantly within the 250-2,500 space) where you’ll consult with key stakeholders (HR, Directors, C-suite and/or business owners) to identify their business challenges and pain-points that can be solved through using our solutions
- Conduct Sales Presentations. Demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits that address their needs
- Negotiate Contracts. Manage the sales cycle from point-of-contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Work directly with the automation team and collaborate with them to build a pipeline in the sub-100 employee space
- Collaborate with Internal Teams. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Proficiency. A deep understanding of sales techniques, the ability to navigate the sales cycle, and expertise in negotiating and closing deals
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication for conveying value propositions, building relationships, and understanding prospects needs. The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, is vital for engaging prospects and delivering compelling sales pitches
- Relationship Building. The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth
- Problem-Solving Abilities. Being able to analyse prospect challenges and provide tailored solutions to demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Time Management. The capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is critical for meeting deadlines and achieving your sales targets
- Adaptability. The HR-tech landscape is constantly evolving, so being flexible and open to learning new tools, techniques, and market trends is crucial
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, HR technology, or employee benefits industry a strong advantage.
The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- Short call with a member of the Talent team
- 60-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
