You’re a motivated and commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. With strong communication, organisation, and consultative sales skills, you enjoy managing the full sales process - from prospecting (along with the support of our incredible SDR team!) and discovery to presenting solutions and closing deals. You’re skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across all levels, understanding business challenges, and tailoring solutions that deliver real value. You take pride in going beyond the numbers to create a positive, solution-led experience for every client interaction.
What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process — from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close. You’ll work closely with SDRs, marketing, and other internal teams to build and manage a high-quality pipeline, while engaging directly with HR and C-suite stakeholders to uncover challenges and present tailored solutions. Your goal will be to drive new business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to the continued success of the Perkbox.
Day-to-day you can expect to:
- Work with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies (predominantly within the 100-999 employees) where you’ll consult with key stakeholders (HR and C-suite) to identify their business challenges and pain-points that can be solved through using our solutions
- Conduct Sales Presentations. Demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits that address their needs
- Negotiate Contracts. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Work directly with the SDR team, training and collaborating with them to build a pipeline in the 100-2000 employee space
- Successfully self-generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with Internal Teams. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
To be successful, you'll have:
- Sales Proficiency. A deep understanding of sales techniques, the ability to navigate the sales cycle, and expertise in negotiating and closing deals
- Consultative Selling. The ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding prospect pain points and tailoring our solutions to meet their specific needs, whilst building trust and rapport
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication for conveying value propositions, building relationships, and understanding prospects needs. The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, is vital for engaging prospects and delivering compelling sales pitches
- Relationship Building. The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth
- Problem-Solving Abilities. Being able to analyse prospect challenges and provide tailored solutions to demonstrate a deep understanding of their needs to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Time Management. The capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is critical for meeting deadlines and achieving your sales targets
- Adaptability. The HR-tech landscape is constantly evolving, so being flexible and open to learning new tools, techniques, and market trends is crucial

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- Short call with a member of the Talent team
- 60-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
