The heartbeat of our culture
Our Culture Champions are volunteers from across Perkbox who help bring our values to life – not in theory, but in practice. They’re everyday culture-builders who create the moments that connect us, challenge us, and remind us what it means to be part of something meaningful.
They:
- Organise events, quizzes and social activities
- Spot what’s working – and what needs to change
- Start conversations that matter, and keep them going
- Celebrate our people and call out our values in action
- Create safe spaces for feedback, connection and care
You don’t have to be a Culture Champion to make a difference here. But if you care about belonging, community, and making work feel more human – you’ll be in very good company.

I wanted to be a Culture Champion to help represent my team within the business. It’s great to be able to help shape and build the culture at Perkbox, through initiatives big and small. It’s also a great way to connect with people across the business, and we’ve already made some positive impacts.

For me, Culture Champions is all about connection and listening. We come from all over the business and all walks of life, working together to support and improve the culture across Perkbox. From Pride Month celebrations to cups of tea and check-ins with colleagues, we really do it all: it’s a privilege to have this space for discussion and positivity.
