Principal Product Manager
At Perkbox, we are on a mission to improve lives by transforming how companies support their people. Through our all-in-one platform, we deliver meaningful benefits, recognition, and wellbeing solutions that make a real difference to employees every day.
But it starts with our own people.
We’re building a culture that reflects what we offer; one that prioritises wellbeing, celebrates impact, and empowers growth. If you’re excited by purpose-driven work, fast-paced growth, and creating better employee experiences at scale, you’ll fit right in.
We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager, based in Bulgaria. You will report directly to our Director of Product and be responsible for setting and driving product strategy across key areas of our platform.
You’ll connect product vision with business goals, ensure customers receive real value, and bring rigour and consistency to how product work gets done. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, guiding direction through expertise and evidence, and taking ownership with a high level of accountability.
What you’ll be responsible for
Define and own product strategy, building roadmaps that balance short-term value, business impact, and long-term growth.
Lead continuous discovery through customer research, interviews, and market analysis, validating initiatives before build begins.
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions, turning customer and business needs into clear initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Apply AI and new technologies to speed up discovery and delivery, embedding experimentation and sharing learnings.
Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering around product priorities, supporting go-to-market strategy and ensuring product improvements drive results.
Experience and skills required
Proven ability to own product strategy and build balanced roadmaps.
Strong experience in customer discovery and validation.
Track record of delivering initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Skilled in defining and tracking metrics, adapting strategy based on data.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Experience embedding experimentation and sharing learnings.
Commercial acumen linking product improvements to churn reduction, upsell, and expansion.
Clear communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
