Due to our growth and expansion in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Senior BI Analyst. who will lead reporting across our payroll pay products, including salary sacrifice and Cycle to Work schemes. You will work closely with BI, data engineering, finance, and product teams to turn complex data into clear insights, helping leaders make confident decisions and driving growth in our salary sacrifice products.
What you will be responsible for:
Power BI Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards showing benefit uptake, employee activation, transaction flows, and revenue performance.
Data Analysis: Deliver insights on user behaviour, transactions, and revenue to support commercial and product decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with BI, data engineering, finance, and product teams to ensure reporting is accurate and accessible.
Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business questions into clear briefs, present findings confidently, and build trusted relationships.
Governance: Ensure reporting meets data protection standards, follows governance principles, and is well‑documented.
Experience and skills required
Proven experience as a BI Analyst with a track record of building production dashboards in complex environments using Power BI.
Expert in advanced DAX functions, time intelligence, and optimisation.
Advanced SQL skills, confident in querying and validating large datasets.
Experienced in designing clear, accurate, audience‑focused dashboards.
Proficient in managing complex data flows, mapping transformations from source to report output.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across teams and present insights to senior leaders.
Adept at applying data governance standards, ensuring reporting meets protection, compliance, and documentation requirements.
Work Mode and Salary
We offer an 80% remote working model, with the expectation of attending meetings in our Plovdiv office at least once a month.
Gross annual salary ranges from €44,000 to €48,000, depending on experience.
