I work at the intersection of product and engineering — translating complex requirements into clear technical direction, driving delivery, and keeping quality high without letting process get in the way.

I've been with the company for over 5.5 years, currently leading the Payroll Benefits team across the Vivup and Perkbox platforms. My work spans platform architecture, security incident response, accessibility compliance, and cross-functional execution. I'm the kind of manager who can read a Jira board and a Rails stack trace with equal comfort.
